Italtel is a leading Italian multinational telecommunications company with offices and R&D centers in Italy and abroad, serving sectors including telecom, public administration, healthcare, and banking. With over 1,000 employees, the company operates a complex IT infrastructure spanning international offices, a distributed network, multiple devices, and wide-scale cloud solutions.
Implementation of a 24/7 Security and Network Monitoring Center for the services Italtel provides to its customers.
The project was aimed to establish a centralized Security Operations Center (SOC) for real-time monitoring and advanced management of Italtel’s digital assets and Microsoft 365 environment, ensuring round-the-clock network oversight and rapid incident response across all locations.
