With over 1,000 employees, Italtel provides digital services and manages network operations for its clients across distributed environments.

Implementation of a 24/7 Security and Network Monitoring Center for the services Italtel provides to its customers.

The project was aimed to establish a centralized Security Operations Center (SOC) for real-time monitoring and advanced management of digital assets and Microsoft 365 environment, ensuring round-the-clock network oversight and rapid incident response across all locations.
