Azpump Modernizes Operations With a Centralized Control Room Powered by Polywall

Azpump is a leading industrial manufacturer specializing in energy-efficient technologies for oil production and power generation. The company develops permanent magnet motors, submersible pumps, and variable speed drives, helping energy producers reduce costs, improve ESG performance, and operate more sustainably.

Development of a modern operational control room designed to enhance continuous monitoring, coordination, and data visualization within Azpump’s operational facility.

The project created a unified environment for displaying live information from multiple operator workstations and web applications, improving decision making and operational transparency. The control room also serves as a multifunctional space for demonstrations, simulations, and staff training.

The primary objective was to establish a centralized control and training center bringing together data from different systems, ensuring seamless live insight, stronger team communication, and a modern workspace that supports continuous professional development.

As operations expanded, Azpump faced increasing complexity in managing information spread across multiple sources. Teams needed a more connected and transparent way to monitor production data and conduct technical training. Without a centralized monitoring center, coordination and knowledge transfer were limited.

The decision to create a new control room powered by Polywall video wall software stemmed from the company’s ambition to centralize monitoring, enhance collaboration, and advance its digital transformation strategy.

The Azpump project included the complete design and setup of a new operational control room, combining functionality, reliability, and visual precision.

Key components included:

• High-definition video wall powered by Polywall Pro video wall management software, enabling live operational insights and centralized management of data from operator workstations and web applications.
• Dedicated server room housing a video controller, UPS, and network equipment to ensure uninterrupted operation and system stability.
• Operator zone allowing users to manage multiple content sources through an intuitive Polywall software interface.
• Training and demonstration area designed for onboarding, simulations, and presentations.

The project was delivered in close collaboration with two experienced system integrators:

Digital Technologies, a technology and engineering company specializing in digital infrastructure and automation, developed the overall concept, system architecture, and technical integration of the control room’s infrastructure and visualization systems.

Bakinity, a professional AV and control room integration company, ensured the end-to-end implementation – from technical installation and configuration to architectural design, custom furniture, and decorative paneling – ensuring the space was both fully functional and visually cohesive.

Powered by Polywall software, the control room now delivers seamless data control, flexible management, and scalability for future expansion.

The project delivered a centralized video wall system designed for real time monitoring and staff training within Azpump’s control room.
To meet performance and reliability requirements, the visualization architecture was developed in collaboration with Matrox, using its controller technology for stable, precise multi source processing in control room environments.

• LG 55VSM5J-H Ultra-Narrow Bezel Panels (55”, 500 nits, 3.5 mm bezel)
• 4K resolution (3840 × 2160 pixels)
• Managed by Polywall Pro software for live content control and layout management

• Kramer TP-583 transmitters/receivers for 4K signal transmission
• TP-Link 24-port Gigabit switch for AV and system communication

This configuration provides a stable multi-source view, centralized management, and scalability for future upgrades – fully supporting Azpump’s goal of improving operational visibility and efficiency.

The successfully completed project resulted in a fully functional, high-performance control room, engineered for high performance and unifying critical functions: operational monitoring, data management, and personnel training.
