ACWA Power is a leading international company specializing in power generation, water desalination, and energy transition projects across 15 countries. The company focuses on delivering sustainable and reliable energy solutions across the regions.

Design and deployment of a turnkey dispatch center from the ground up.

The project focused on establishing a centralized dispatch center or monitoring and controlling technological processes at geographically distributed energy facilities. A secondary objective was to provide operators with a modern, ergonomic workspace designed for 24/7 operational control.

The solution combined video wall visualization, operator workstations, and video wall content management based on Polywall.

Key components of the solution included:

A high-resolution LCD video wall for comprehensive data visualization
Ergonomic operator workstations designed for continuous monitoring
Centralized video wall content management and control via Polywall Pro+ control room software
Integration of critical infrastructure data for secure visualization

At the customer’s request, Polywall control room software was integrated with the XONA platform, used to provide secure access to critical infrastructure , enabling data from energy facilities to be displayed on the video wall.

The project was delivered by Polymedia Uzbekistan, part of the international Polymedia group and an AV and IT systems integrator.

The dispatch center was successfully implemented as a unified system for managing data across ACWA Power’s operations.

Secure data access: Visualization of critical data through integration of XONA and Polywall.
Enhanced workspace ergonomics: A modern control room environment that supports the long-term health and productivity of dispatch personnel.

Powered by Polywall control room video wall software, ACWA Power's dispatch center now serves as a central point for monitoring and control of technological processes across regional assets.
