PepsiCo is a global FMCG corporation. PepsiCo Latin America employs more than 70,000 people in 34 countries and operates more than 40 production plants. In Mexico, PepsiCo is an agribusiness corporation with a large distribution network, offering a diverse portfolio of 22+ brands, with a heart in the countryside, where they grow the wheat, corn and potatoes for two of proudly Mexican brands: Sabritas and Gamesa. Now it’s the largest industrial buyer in Mexico.

In order to efficiently manage nationwide logistics operations and monitor truck deliveries PepsiCo Mexico required a comprehensive and centralized control room hub. Among the crucial criteria there were:

To meet these objectives, a cutting-edge corporate control room was established, featuring a mobile video wall and advanced operator workstations.

The project was delivered by the leading LATAM IT integrator, Multimedia Corporativa, which designed and installed the audiovisual systems and video wall management software and provided training for PepsiCo's team.

Polywall was chosen as the core video wall content management platform, enabling seamless integration of various data sources and operator workstations. The system allows real-time monitoring of logistics and delivery operations, and seamless visualization of critical data, ensuring efficient coordination and operational decision-making.
