It’s committed to provide effective public services, ensuring community safety and fostering sustainable urban development for its residents.

Enhancement of the Government Situation Center in Santiago de Surco

Aimed to enhance the operational efficiency of the Santiago de Surco Government Situation Center the project helped optimize the interaction of operators with the existing video wall infrastructure. The new video wall solution facilitated real-time monitoring and fast considered decisions, while a swift and adaptable training program ensured all authorized operators could fully leverage the system’s capabilities.

Project Goal

The government of Santiago de Surco, a prominent district in Lima, Peru, aimed to enhance its real-time decision making by upgrading its local Situation Center. This initiative was part of the district team´s commitment to improve public safety and urban management.

Project Background

The Polywall video wall management platform was selected to manage Santiago de Surco video walls and optimize operational workflows within the situation center. The system created by Polywall enabled a quick, flexible training process, allowing all operators to navigate the platform's capabilities efficiently.

With the support of system integrators CFBD SAC and VsaaSPeru, the implementation was completed within one week, with the system fully operational and all operators trained. The designed solution included three video walls, enabling seamless content management and utilizing existing technological resources to maximize functionality.
