PromoEspacio required an efficient video wall management solution for its NOC that would allow seamless content control, real-time updates, and improved visualization quality. The goal was to streamline operations, enhance presentations across branches, and provide flexible content management while maintaining a professional image. The company needed a solution that supported multiple sources, dynamic customization, and remote management for increased operational efficiency.

Pixcells videowall controller was selected as the optimal solution, integrating hardware and software to facilitate video wall management via Polywall’s advanced videowall control features. The Pixcells solution based on the Polywall’s software enabled:

Centralized control of multiple video walls.
Seamless integration with business tools such as Scale Fusion for web remote access and ticket handling graphics.
Dynamic content customization, allowing PromoEspacio to adjust digital content in real time.
Support for multiple content formats, including PDFs, images, and videos.
Improved network monitoring and enhanced presentation quality at various branches.

A two-month proof of concept validated the solution’s effectiveness, utilizing high-performance hardware and Polywall’s advanced video wall control features.
