The SOC was designed to support:

PROJECT GOAL

BACKGROUND

Digitalization increased both the volume and variety of information handled by the institution, from banks and payment organizations to internal IT and analytics systems. Teams needed a single monitoring environment to detect IT incidents in real time, analyze connections, and make decisions without losing time switching between separate interfaces.

SOLUTION

To bring these information flows into one view, the project introduced a unified visualization environment powered by Polywall control room software.

The project was implemented by Polymedia Uzbekistan, part of the international Polymedia group and an AV and IT systems integrator.

Unified Visualization and Content Control

The video wall combines monitoring systems, analytics platforms, web applications, and workstation content in one visual workspace. Polywall allows operators to arrange hardware and software sources, create layouts, and switch between routine monitoring and incident-response scenarios.

Integrations

The solution integrates with existing IT and BI platforms, including Zabbix and Grafana, and receives data from internal systems and external web applications.

Collaboration and Briefings

An Extron-based audio and switching system supports sound playback, meetings, and operational briefings.
