New Case Study: Control Rooms Modernization for a Government Law Enforcement Organization

We are thrilled to share a new success story highlighting the role of Polywall video wall software in modernization of three control rooms for a government organization in Chile. The project focused on upgrading an existing control room environment and expanding operations across multiple locations using the Polywall platform.

The organization required a scalable and consistent solution to modernize its control rooms, improve display capacity, and ensure reliable integration of CCTV feeds, video conferencing, web-based monitoring tools, and operator desktops. The main control room was expanded from an 8-monitor configuration to a 12-monitor video wall, while two additional control rooms were deployed in separate locations.

To support these requirements, Polywall was selected as the central video wall management platform across all three environments.

The solution enabled:
